Don't use the water...

(Douglas County, GA) -- Service will be disconnected without warning for Douglas County residents who violate the state-mandated outdoor watering ban. Water Authority employees are patrolling late in the evening and throughout the night in search of violators. Anyone caught using water outside will have their service automatically disconnected and will be charged a one-thousand-dollar restoration fee. So far over a dozen customers have had their water shut off.

Wow....
